Country Leadership and Administration
 Part of over one hundred full-time staff members in six countries, the country leadership and administration consist of finance and accounting, logistics, and human resources staff and program implementation coordinators. They are responsible for the overal administration and implementation of Tostan's program/projects.
These administrators ensure integrity and consistency in Tostan's
pedagogical approach across contexts; they also work to make sure that the delivery of Tostan's program/projects is as effective and efficient as possible.
